ACART Advice and Guidelines for the Posthumous Use of Gametes, Reproductive Tissue and Embryos
ACART advice about posthumous reproduction to the Minister in 22 March 2022. Subsequently, in July 2024, ACART published amended guidelines for posthumous reproduction, and in August 2024 the Government agreed to amend the HART Order as recommended by both ACART and the Ministry of Health.
