Guidelines on the Use, Storage and Disposal of Sperm from a Deceased Man

These guidelines take into account a range of cultural, ethical and legal issues when considering the use, storage and disposal of sperm from a deceased man.

When consent has not been, and cannot been obtained, or when there is a request for a variation to the requirements set out in the guidelines, an application for ethical review must be submitted to ECART.
